6Summary

The application will help you prepare a written complaint that you can send to Bondora yourself in order to claim for compensation for unlawfully charged credit costs.

Bondora used an interest clause in its credit agreements from 1.9.2019 – 10.11.2021, which the Market Court in its decision in September 2023 deemed unlawful. As a result of this procedure, the consumer is only obliged to repay the principal amount of the loan, not the interest on the loan or any administrative or contractual fees.

In addition, Bondora has charged fees exceeding the legal maximum amount of credit costs for its B On Track, B Secure, and B Secure+ services at least from 1.9.2019-9.10.2024, which the Supreme Court in its decision in October 2024 deemed unlawful. The consumer is not obliged to repay any credit costs if the credit agreement was concluded at the earliest on 1.9.2019 and the fees charged for the B On Track, B Secure or B Secure + services together with the contract and administration fees have exceeded the permitted maximum amount of credit costs.

  • If Bondora has acted contrary to price regulation during the credit agreement, you are entitled to claim for compensation from Bondora for unlawfully charged costs.
  • Even if you have received a partial reimbursement from Bondora, you are still entitled to claim back all credit costs you have paid i.e. the loan interest costs, contractual fees and administrative fees as well as costs for the B On Track, B Secure, and B Secure+ services.
