Consumer Division
The Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority’s Consumer Affairs Division is responsible for the Consumer Ombudsman’s supervisory duties, consumer advisory services and consumer education, duties arising from the Package Travel Act, the European Consumer Centre, local and regional authority coordination in consumer affairs and international cooperation relating to consumer affairs.

European Consumer Centre Finland
The European Consumer Centre Finland specializes in providing information on consumer protection in the EU as well as advice and assistance with crossborder complaints. The ECC Finland is financed by the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority and the European Commission.
