The Market Court has extended the deadline for the consideration of the acquisition between YIT Corporation and Lemminkäinen Corporation, under the investigation of the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority, until 26 January 2018. Without the deadline’s extension, the consideration period for the acquisition would have ended on 28 December 2017.The extension is required in order to complete the FCCA’s investigation on the acquisition.
