On 17 February 2016, the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority (FCCA) approved a business transaction whereby HLRE Group Oy, which is part of Sentica Partners Oy, will acquire Nesco Invest Oy.
HLRE Group Oy owns the roof renovation specialist Hämeen Laaturemontti Oy which, in conjunction with roof renovations, also installs rainwater systems and roof safety products. The Nesco Group manufactures, sells and installs rainwater systems and roof safety products. The Nesco Group also offers roof maintenance services. The FCCA has concluded that the acquisition will not significantly impede effective competition in the Finnish market or a substantial part of the market.
The FCCA’s decision includes the business secrets of the parties involved. The decision can only be published after confidential information has been removed, which will take approximately two weeks.
