Accessibility

The Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority strives to ensure the accessibility of its online services in accordance with the act on the provision of digital services

  • FCCA aims to take accessibility into account also in its social media channels, as far as the features of the platforms make it possible.

    In Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter FCCA uses alternative texts in posts with images and makes sure the contrasts of image posts with overlaid text is sufficient.

    Additionally, we subtitle the video content on the aforementioned channels, as well as on YouTube.

    FCCA takes accessibility into account also in blogs by using text alternatives in images.

Have you noticed any shortcoming regarding accessibility?

If you notice problems with accessibility on the website, first give feedback to the FCCA. Receiving an answer may take 14 days. If you are not satisfied with the response you have received or if you do not receive a response at all within two weeks, you can give feedback to the the supervisory authority.
