The use of cookies
Cookies are small text files that are temporarily saved on a user’s device. Cookies are used by nearly all online services, and the services may not function properly without them.

We use Snoobi Analytics to analyse and monitor the use of our online services. Usage information is collected through cookies, but the information is not processed or saved in a format that allows us to monitor individual users. Tip-off form or contact form and the secure e-mail service do not use Snoobi Analytics.
We use the information to determine what the users of the site want and how we can best provide them with the information they need.
The following statistical information is collected on the use of the services:
- total number of visitors
- whether a visitor is visiting the page for the first time
- which URL the visitor arrives from
- the most used search words
- the most popular pages
- the most used browser versions
- the most used devices
Visitor data is collected in the online service as part of the monitoring of the implementation of the regulation establishing a single digital gateway (EU) 2018/1724. The pages connected to the digital gateway collect information about
- page URL,
- the number of visitors,
- their country,
- and the terminal device used.
The data are collected anonymously and cannot be used to identify the user. The data will only be available to FCCA, the European Commission, and national coordinators mentioned in the regulation. The data collected are stored in the EU Commission’s repository for a maximum period of three years, after which they are automatically deleted.

Certain functionalities in our services, such as the online assistants and pages requiring login, need cookies to function. Blocking these cookies can also prevent the service from functioning.
Our online services also use third party social plugins, through which we can display social media content on the site, among other things. The social plugins on the site may use cookies from these sites, in accordance with their policies.
